Cette initiative vise \u00e0 renforcer la transparence et la redevabilit\u00e9 dans la mise en \u0153uvre du programme.<\/p><p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/pdl145.gouv.cd\/\">PDL-145 T<\/a> est une r\u00e9ponse du chef de l&#8217;\u00c9tat, Son Excellence Monsieur <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Presidence_RDC\"><strong>F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo<\/strong><\/a>, aux pr\u00e9occupations des populations recueillies lors de ses tourn\u00e9es \u00e0 travers le pays en 2021. La deuxi\u00e8me phase a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d&#8217;ann\u00e9e pour la construction de <strong>48 b\u00e2timents administratifs, 145 centres de sant\u00e9 et 225 \u00e9coles<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile ont eu l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de poser des questions au Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BCeCoRDC\">BCeCo<\/a> qui a r\u00e9pondu pendant plus d&#8217;une heure. \u00c0 l&#8217;issue de cette rencontre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu de mettre en place un cadre de concertation permanent entre le <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BCeCoRDC\">BCeCo<\/a> et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p><p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile s&#8217;est dite tr\u00e8s satisfaite de cette initiative qui renforce la transparence et la redevabilit\u00e9 dans la mise en \u0153uvre du <a href=\"https:\/\/pdl145.gouv.cd\/\">PDL-145 T<\/a>. Cette journ\u00e9e d&#8217;information est un exemple concret de l&#8217;engagement du gouvernement congolais \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des populations dans les zones
